Narrative With Song Lyrics

All my life I've been lonely. I never had many friends. In pre-k I only played with my cousins and hung around my teacher. In elementary, again, I hung out with my cousin. Here I met new people. I had friends, but they weren't really my friends because they only knew my through my cousin. They never really hung out with me but with my cousin. So I never really had real friends in elementary, until fourth grade where i met this kid who liked the same things as me. We hung out until middle school. He let me stand under his umbrella.

"When the sun shines, we'll shine together. Told you I'll be here forever. Said I'll always be a friend, Took an oath, I'ma stick it out till the end. Now that it's raining more than ever, Know that we'll still have each other. You can stand under my umbrella, You can stand under my umbrella." - Umbrella by Rihanna ft. Jay-Z

In middle school/junior high me and my friend didn't talk very much, we grew apart. I met new friends in the weirdest way. I was being bullied by an idiot and his friends, who where in my class, told him to stop bullying me. We became friends, besides the bully. I was a little self concuss, I was shy. The next year I was in a new class with no one I knew, but i became friends with two guys who where inseparable.

In eighth grade is the time i had the most friends. I reunited with my friend from sixth grade. I met my best friend there. We would always hang out. Now were in different high schools so we don't talk anymore, I saw him yesterday but i couldn't talk to him because i was in my car. All these friend ships taught me to always keep my head up, and that life isn't fair, they also taught me not to play fair in the game of life.

"Life's a game but it's not fair, I break the rules so I don't care. So I keep doin' my own thing, Walkin' tall against the rain. Victory's within the mile. Almost there, don't give up now. Only thing that's on my mind, Is who's gonna run this town tonight?" - Run This Town by Jay-Z ft Rihanna & Kanye West
